Traveling Tavern Packages

All of our Traveling Taverns are “Dry Hires” the client is responsible for purchasing the kegs. We have a preferred vendor list that we recommend purchasing your kegs from and we can pick them up or you may have them delivered to your venue. All our hires include travel time unless the venue is outside of Orange County, then it is subject to a gas/mileage charge. We are fully certified and insured

Our West coast Mailster rental includes the following:

·        Delivery and set up at event venue

·        2 servers

·        Basic décor package

·        Plastic glassware

·        Clean up and pick up

·        Minimum 4-hour rental

Our Vintage Horsebox rental includes the following: (Coming Soon)

·        Delivery and set up at event venue

·        2 servers

·        Basic décor package

·        Plastic glassware

·        Clean up and pick up

·        Minimum 4-hour rental

Our Beverage Bike rental includes the following:

·        Delivery and set up at event venue

·        2 servers

·        Basic décor package

·        Plastic glassware

·        Clean up and pick up

·        Minimum 2-hour rental

Our Traveling Taverns come with the following services:

-Mobile Bar of your choice

-Bartending tools

-Travel time , unless outside of Orange County 

-Insured & Certified Bartenders 

-Menu Planning, Shopping List For Ingredients 

-Set Up, Tear Down and Maintenance Of Bar Area & Garnish Prep

*Deposits to hold your date are $100.00 (nonrefundable) unless difficult circumstances arise. The deposit will be applied to the balance of your invoice and all items are due in full 3 days prior to your event.
