All of our Traveling Taverns are an add on element to a purchased bartending package only
We are considered a “Dry Hire” so the client is responsible for purchasing the kegs. We have a preferred vendor list that we recommend purchasing your kegs from and we can pick them up or you may have them delivered to your venue. All our hires include travel time unless the venue is outside of Orange County, then it is subject to a gas/mileage charge, we use the annual Federal Mileage rate that is currently .58 cents per mile. We are fully certified and insured
Our Westcoast Mailster rental $400.00 and includes the following:
· Delivery and set up at the venue
· 2 servers
· Basic décor package
· Plastic glassware
· Clean up and pick up
· Minimum 4-hour rental
Our Beverage Bike rental $200.00 and includes the following:
· Delivery and set up at the venue
· 2 servers
· Basic décor package
· Plastic glassware
· Clean up and pick up
· Minimum 2-hour rental
Tap Tower- $50.00
Add our portable electric tap tower to our portable bar package. Great for kegs and non-carbonated batch cocktails
Champagne Wall- $150.00
Add our double-sided champagne wall to any package. The wall holds 104 glasses and comes with the following amenities:
Plastic Champagne flutes
Matching floral décor to bar package

*Deposits to hold your date are $150.00 (nonrefundable) unless difficult circumstances arise. The deposit will be applied to the balance of your invoice and all items are due in full 3 days prior to your event.
